Description:

-Responsible for executing the production plan across both shifts, ensuring seamless operation of machines to meet production targets.
-In-Depth statistical Process Control Analysis & Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools.
-Tracking planning vs production targets to mitigate bottle necks and
improve through data analytics & Plant.
-Organize tasks as per the Production Plan. Oversee material issuance, batch management, and product inspection.
-Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, QA, Blend, and Supply Chain teams to oversee and manage floor activities.
-Minimize tea and packing material wastage through effective control measures.
-Actively engage in Food and Occupational Health and Safety projects, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
-Ensure production workers comply with all safety precautions and norms while operating machines and equipment & will rotate in day & night shifts.
-Data Analyses / Overtime Monitoring / Bulck Item Consumption / Plant Performance / Safety
-Any other job assigned by the Production Department

Education: BE - Industrial Engineer

Experience: 03 to 05 Years in Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical
