Job Title: Project Head
Department: Administration
Reports to: CEO
Location: Karachi & Nok Kundi
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred). PMP certification highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, preferably in education or vocational training sectors.
Job Purpose: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects for a vocational training institute in Nok Kundi. Coordinate with client, manage resources, and ensure smooth operations within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Lead and motivate project teams in Karachi and Nok Kundi.
Manage resources, budgets, and vendor contracts.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure training quality and regulatory compliance.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.
Engage with stakeholders and address concerns promptly.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and negotiation
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of vocational training programs is an advantage
