We’re expanding our Trade-In Program with leading telecom partners – PTCL and ZONG – in Islamabad!

If you’re passionate about smartphones, sales, and customer engagement, this role is for you.
Locations:
- PTCL Trade-In Counter – Islamabad
- ZONG Trade-In Counter – Islamabad

Role Highlights:
- Engage walk-in customers and promote trade-in offers
- Evaluate used smartphones & process trade-in with new handsets
- Record all customer data and manage trade-in portal entries
- Call provided leads and convert upgrade opportunities
- Support daily retail operations and achieve monthly targets

What We’re Looking For;
- 1–2 years’ experience in telecom or smartphone retail
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Familiar with device evaluation tools
- Energetic, disciplined, and sales-driven personality
