Purchase & Material Executive
Qualification: BBA/BS in a relevant field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
-Initiate and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) in the market.
-Identify new sources and suppliers to diversify our supplier base.
-Conduct technical evaluations of requested items to ensure quality and suitability.
-Negotiate with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
-Assist the Line Manager in generating and maintaining procurement reports.
-Manage the timely conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders (PO).
-Ensure arranged deliveries are made on time to meet operational requirements.
