NCCPL is looking for Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer


  • Education: B.Com/BA or equivalent from HEC Recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 years of experience, preferably in corporate environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proper handling and record keeping of incoming & outgoing mails
  • Maintain visitor’s incoming and outgoing record
  • Issuance and control of visitor ‘s / contractor’s cards
  • Note down messages of un-attended calls
  • Before transferring call to HOD’s obtain all details of caller.
  • Maintain proper record of outgoing calls of staff
  • Ensure outgoing dialing is locked before leaving office
  • Whilst attending calls and dealing with visitors always be very humble and polite.
  • Any other task as assigned by the superiors.

Competencies & Other Requirements:

  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have a polite, patient and pleasant personality.
  • Knowledge related to MS Office/ Computer Literacy.
