Bachaa Party (Kids leading store in Pakistan) is hiring Recruitment Executive for its upcoming stores in Islamabad & Rawalpindi.

· Job Description:
· Promoting job openings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp Groups), including social media.
· Collecting and reviewing resumes to create a shortlist of candidates..
· Schedule interviews with relevant departments and extend job offers to finalize selected candidates.
· Managing the onboarding process for all roles in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
· Conducting background checks on all candidates prior to their joining.
· Ensure a full headcount on board at all times.
· Arrange training sessions and orientations for new hires..
· Recruiting through in-person visits to the market, LinkedIn, and leveraging personal connections..

Requirements:
· Candidate must have graduation degree.
· 1-2 year retail or recruitment experience required.
