ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is part of the Suthra Punjab Project. Daewoo, as a contractor of the Government of Punjab, requires this position to oversee regional waste management operations. The role involves hands-on oversight, coordination with government stakeholders, and leadership of tehsil teams to ensure consistent service delivery, operational discipline, and visible cleanliness outcomes.

REGIONAL MANAGER OPERATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Oversee waste collection, transport, and disposal across the region.
. Serve as the coordination link between Head Office and tehsil teams.
. Allocate and optimize regional manpower, vehicles, and equipment.
. Monitor performance and resolve inter-tehsil operational issues.
. Standardize and improve collection schedules and routing.
. Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards & SOPs.
. Lead and develop tehsil teams through guidance and training.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Master's degree in Environmental Sciences (Preferably), or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience (Preferably in Waste Management)
- Administration and Leadership Skills
