Position Title: Regional Sales Head
Location: Faisalabad
Salary Range: 350k to 400k
Benefits: 1300cc Car + 400 Ltr fuel + Incentives
Responsibilities:
·Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share.
·Develop targeted trade marketing plans tailored to specific geographic areas.
·Developing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits and also analyzing competitor activity in the market and developing counter-strategy.
·Marketing - Launching and planning of promotions, participation in local sponsorships, and developing targeted trade marketing plans tailored to specific geographic areas.
·Develop GTM strategy through the distribution network to ensure market reach and minimize empty spaces.
·Execute plans for enhancement in the availability of all SKUs by channel to increase secondary sales.
·Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of the Company’s Assets in the market (coolers, glass, vehicles) and enablers (PSRs, MDEs, KPOs).
·Ensuring that distributors’ working standards are as per guidelines provided in the Model Distribution criteria and all the distributors are either maintaining those standards or are working towards that in all critical areas, e.g., warehousing infrastructure, inventory management, route information, etc.
·Ensuring complete understanding & execution of special projects. They will be the project managers.
·Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
·MBA Sales and Marketing.
·Strong grip on English Communication.
·10 - 15 years related work experience is mandatory.
