QUALIFICATION
Pharm-D / B.Pharmacy

EXPERIENCE
+5 years of experience in the following areas
- Experience in Nutraceuticals / Consumer brands
- Experience with local DRAP & International Regulatory authorities (for major markets) while maintaining an open channel for advocacy
A total of 14 years of Pharma industry experience is required

JOB BRIEF
Lead the regulatory program for the consumer market; including strategic planning, managing dialogue (internal & external) and arranging documentation/ compliance for fast execution on all inovations, renovations & Line extensions in both local & international market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain contact with local DRAP & International Regulatory authorities (for major markets) while maintaining an open channel for advocacy
- Develop a forum where claims can be evaluated in partnership with Marketing & BD for each geography
- Keep track of emerging regulatory requirements, monitor the impact of changing regulations on submission strategies and update internal stakeholders
- Create a liaison between international regulatory and local BD/ Marketing for innovation ideation
- Coordinate, manage and maintain Nutraceutical registration application submissions and approvals in Pakistan and International countries in accordance with applicable guidelines
