LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY: Dr Ziauddin patient welfare trust is looking for a Resource Development Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategies to mobilize financial and non-financial resources to support the programs, hospitals, educational institutions, and social initiatives operating under the umbrella of Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Trust.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement strategies to increase financial resources for the Trust.
• Develop revenue-generating welfare models that support free and subsidized healthcare services
• Identify new funding opportunities to scale Trust-supported medical programs.
• Build long-term relationships with Zakat donors and philanthropists.
• Strengthen donor engagement through impact reporting, hospital visits, and recognition programs.
• Improve donor retention and repeat contributions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and MOUs for corporate sponsors.
• Develop and manage corporate partnerships and CSR funding.
• Introduce innovative funding models linked to hospital services and community outreach programs.
• Develop annual Resource Development & Business Growth Plans with defined targets.
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and audit requirements for all funds.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Ability to communicate impact effectively to donors and Trustees
• Understanding of corporate CSR frameworks, compliance requirements, and partnership models
• Strong focus on achieving fundraising and business growth targets.
• Strong coordination with medical, finance, welfare, and operations teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Working Experience: 7-10 years of experience in resource development, fundraising, or business development, preferably in healthcare or non-profit sector.
