Position Title: Rider Services - Associate

Responsibilities
1) Rider Management
• Make sure the riders are aware of filled rates.
• Responding timely and efficiently to fleet’s queries.
• Making processes for rider compliance and ensuring their smooth deployment.
• Being the POC for fleet’s coaching and mentoring.
• Solving issues related to collection, rider’s training and development, compensation and benefits etc.
• Ensuring proper protocols for asset recoveries.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding of fleet professionally around the country.
2) Reporting
• Daily data updation of rates.
• Fortnightly reporting on punctuality and productivity.
• fortnightly reporting on unassigned shifts.
• fortnightly reporting on breaks, cash loss policies, asset recoveries.
• Fortnightly reporting on working hours.
• weekly reporting on Freshdesk.

Requirements
• Flexible working hours
• 1-2 years of experience; preferably in tech startups or Ops teams. Freshies are very welcomed to apply.
• Must be a Master’s/Bachelor’s or equivalent from a reputed university(MBA’s would be preferred)
