HTA Group is currently hiring following position for one of its clients in Islamabad.

Position Name: Safety/HSSE Officer
Education: Bachelor’s and above
Job Type: Yearly Contract (HTA)

Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure training, meetings, and drills are implemented as part of company HSSE program, i.e., emergency response plan, etc.
· Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
· Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Senior Manager HSSE (Safety).
· Provide support to Project, ops ex and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
· Support the Senior Manager HSSE (Safety) in ensuring HSSE compliance and perform regular HSSE audits in the area of business operations.
· Track and provide regular HSSE performance reporting to the Departmental head.
· Maintain ISO standards for all facilities against GAP assessment points
· Zero loss time injuries
· 5 Star Audit - Improvements (Every facility to be a 4.5 star at the end of the year)
· Assist in ad-hoc HSSE tasks/projects as required

Requirements:
· Minimum Work Experience: 1 to 02 years of experience in same domain.
· Licenses/ Certifications: IOSH and Other Safety certifications will be an added criterion
· Working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS)
· Strong organizing and planning skills
