Job Description

Truck Tribe Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (shippers, carriers, and partners) across the U.S., building strong business relationships, and generating new opportunities for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and online research.
• Present Truck Tribe’s logistics and dispatch solutions effectively to decision-makers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into active clients.
• Work closely with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Keep track of client interactions and maintain records using CRM or internal tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or logistics preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (US timings).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
