Sales Executive (Logo Design Services)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in logo design services. This role will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, a passion for design, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
. Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts for logo design services.
. Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing expert guidance on design services that align with their business objectives.
. Present and demonstrate logo design services to prospective clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
. Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
. Stay updated on market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
. Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in creative or design services.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements, offering appropriate solutions.
. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
. Passion for design and a deep understanding of logo design processes.
