Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Minimum 2 years of Managerial Level experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business goals.
• Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to drive performance and skill development.

Salary 200,000 to 280,000/-
