We are hiring - SECMC Banking & LC Officer
Where: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years' import and customs experience, SAP MM proficiency required.
Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end import operations from PFI/LC processing through customs clearance and site delivery, ensuring compliance in LC documentation, HS classification, duty assessment, and applicable SROs/CGOs. Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clearing agents, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, document retirement, and risk mitigation. Oversee customs clearance, logistics, transport, and warehousing while managing marine insurance, claims, import costs, GRN posting, and foreign GR/IR closure.
