Primehr is urgently looking for Senior Admin Officer for a client in Karachi.

Basic Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation (Complete)
    • Experience: 3 to 4 years (Relevant)
    • Age: 28-32 years
    • Other requirements: Must be proactive, efficient, team player and presentable

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance and Housekeeping
    • Vendor Management
  • Attendance, Leave Management, Record Keeping and Updates in ERP
    • Project Management (in case of any renovation project or similar)
    • Supervision of Admin non-management staff (peons, drivers, cleaners)
    • Pool car service management
    • Safety and health policies implementation within Admin area
    • Salary would be market competitive with other benefits of a permanent employee.
