We’re Hiring: Senior Creative Designer

At Strugbits, we’re looking for a design powerhouse someone who doesn’t just make designs, but crafts visual experiences that elevate brands and captivate audiences. If you’re a senior-level creative mind with a strong design sense, trend awareness, and the hunger to lead ideas, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Lead and design high-quality brand visuals: carousels, ads, posts, infographics.
Collaborate on creative campaigns, storytelling & reels.
Support content/editorial teams with graphics + edits.
Stay ahead of trends in design, motion, and social media aesthetics.
Take ownership of brand identity and creative direction.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of professional creative experience (agency/brand background preferred).
Strong grip on graphic design, typography, layouts, and color theory.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (motion graphics = big plus).
Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
Creative storyteller who can pitch, conceptualize, and execute fresh ideas.
A portfolio that blends corporate sophistication with trend-driven creativity.

Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
