Senior Frontend Developer (React JS)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of frontend developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using React JS, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.
Develop reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes and promote code reusability.
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility across various devices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Collaborate with QA engineers to define and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the robustness and reliability of frontend applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies, incorporating them into projects where appropriate.
Provide technical leadership in evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and maintainability.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
