WE'RE HIRING - SENIOR MERCHANDISER/CRO LEAD

Bachelors in Marketing, E-commerce, Design, or a related field | 4+ years experience in merchandising, CRO, or e-commerce optimization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead product display and visual merchandising across the website
• Ensure website visuals reflect modern design trends while staying aligned with brand guidelines
• Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across key user journeys
• Plan and execute A/B testing for layouts, product pages, and design elements
• Analyze UX insights and website performance data to optimize layouts and visuals
• Use data analytics to evaluate product performance and customer behavior
• Collaborate with design, tech, and marketing teams to enhance overall website experience
• Strong understanding of latest website aesthetics, UI/UX trends, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset with a creative edge
