We are Hiring - SENIOR ODOO DEVELOPER

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to lead customization, module development, and integration of Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & customize Odoo 15/16/17 modules (Python, XML/QWeb, OWL/JS)
• Extend models business logic, server action; build automated workflows
• Design reports (QWeb/PDF/XLSX) and KPI dashboards
• Integrate external system (REST APIs, webhooks); execute data migrations
• Optimize performance (profiling, caching, SQL tuning); Strengthen security
• Manage deployments on Linux (system, logs, backups, file store), Git and multi-env (dev/uat/prod)
• Write clean, documented code; conduct code reviews and unit tests
• Troubleshoot production issue with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
. 2-3 Years of proven Odoo development experience
. Strong Python and PostgreSQL (ORM, SQL views, Indexes)
· XML/QWeb, OWL / JavaScript; Odoo frameworks (models, views, wizards)
. Linux Administration, Git and packaging
· Solid understanding of Odoo access rights, multi-company and multi-currency
· Clear communication and stakeholder coordination
