Position Title: Senior Officer Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Karachi
Sector: Pharmaceutical
Qualification: ACCA/MBA
Experience: Min 3 years of core Financial Planning & Budgeting experience in Pharma / FMCG

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain the organization's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
· Analyze actual financial performance against the budget and provide recommendations for improvements.
· Forecast future financial trends and assist in long-term financial planning.
· Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
· Continuously improve budgeting and financial planning processes.

Required Knowledge & Skillset:

· SAP experience is a must.
· Understanding of financial planning and modelling
· Understanding of analytics and financial analysis.
· Strong stakeholder management skills

Salary Budget: Maximum 80,000 plus standard benefits
