Description
Position: Senior Officer / Officer Dispensing
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Qualification: Pharm D
Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience required, preferably pharmaceutical
Roles & Responsibilities:
To look after the following activities to run the system effectively.
Issue raw and packing material available in the warehouse to different departments against their demand / Requisition slip.
Maintain Short Stock Summary and inform the procurement department daily.
Maintain GRN and G.I records of raw and packing material on daily basis.
Check the daily stock physically and maintain its record.
Update Packing and raw material bin cards on a daily basis.
Make entries of daily incoming & outgoing material in the system
Maintain cleaning, temperature, and humidity in the warehouse.
