Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the assigned scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Allocate resources, track project progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration).
8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
