We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter (HR)
Are you passionate about finding the right talent and building exceptional teams? We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR department and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
Location: NASTP-1, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Salary: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and sourcing.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
- Utilize HR tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for effective talent acquisition.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
