Responsibilities:

-Be the face and voice of our brand online, managing interactions across various social media platforms. This includes responding to comments and messages promptly, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging community atmosphere.
-Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports that will provide valuable insights into key trends and audience behavior. This data will be crucial for shaping future strategies and content.
-With your finger on the pulse of the online community, you'll be instrumental in suggesting fresh content ideas that resonate with your audience.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in social media management or similar roles preferred.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
-Excellent communication skills with proficiency in social media analytics and listening tools.
-Proficiency in English & Urdu
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
