Position: Software Project Manager (03-05 years of experience)

Location: Saddar Karachi, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and oversee the work of developers, testers, and designers.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Foster communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP/Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
