Job Location : Ombre Apparel Park (Lahore - Manga Raiwind Road)

Job Overview:

The role is responsible for developing semi-fashion and fashion patterns while ensuring accurate fits as per customer requirements. It involves executing CAD and cutting plans within target timelines and providing fabric consumption estimates for costing and bookings. The position analyzes pattern-stage risks and style feasibilities to support smooth product development. It also maintains digital pattern libraries to secure fit consistency for future seasons. The role includes mentoring junior CAD designers and coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams for storyboards and customer presentations.

Essential Requirements:

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in CAD/PD within the apparel industry

Core Competencies:

• Strong command over CAD software such as Gerber
• Strong understanding of denim fabric behavior (shrinkage, shade variation)
• Coordinates effectively with other departments to maintain operational efficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP (preferably SAP)
