Hiring Growth Oriented individuals on following position for Head office Lahore. Job Title: Sr. Executive Training & Development. Education: BBA/MBA degree in HR/Management is required. Experience: A minimum 3-4 years of experience in following areas is required. 1. Planning, scheduling and execution of organizational training calendar on yearly basis. 2. Must be able to perform and conduct TNA's. 3. Designing of training modules as per TNA's. 4. Design, develop, and execute orientation sessions for new joiners. 5. Coordinate with external training providers for training sessions. 6. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires 7.
