We are looking for Sr. Officer - HR & Admin with minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
-Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding activities.
-Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
-Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
-Manage administrative tasks, such as office supplies, travel arrangements, and facilities.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
-Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
