Position: Sr Project Manager Customer Success
Experience: 10+ years business experience with 5+ years in managing projects.
Qualification: BS in Computer Sciences, PMP Certification is a plus.
Location: Karachi
Industry: IT
Key Responsibilities
- Must have have experience managing other project managers.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using several techniques.
- Must have strong Project Management experience and experience collaborating directly with customers managing projects and project deliverables.
- Must have experience with Project Management (GANTT charts) and Task Tracking applications. Experience with Asana and Instagantt is a plus.
- Must have experience managing the implementation of software or SaaS applications, preferably business or enterprise applications.
