Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a “Sr. Retail Audit Executive” for its Head Office.
This position will be responsible for:
· Conducting retail audits monthly in our retail outlets using a detailed audit program template, which includes physical verification of assets (inventory & cash), investigation for short/excess and inventory adjustments.
· At the time of audit, reconcile the system inventory-retail-pro with physical inventory and checking the damage stocks.
· Checking the pending slips in the system and check trans-verification while conducting the audit and investigate the long pending slips/da.
· Prepare final report of Inventory audit and making adjustment accordingly and follow the process as per SOP-Retail audit.
· Pointing out the mishandling the stock and guide the accordingly to handle as per SOP.
· Make retail audit budget plan and share with head of Internal Audit.
· Responsible to make comparison report of last to current audit and share with Head of Internal audit and other higher management.
· Monitor and review working practices to maximize performance and productivity.
· Responsible for inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory analysis & accuracy & record keeping of physical & system stocks (Raw material, WIP and Finished goods at both location Sarena & Gajjumatta).
· Conduct audit of the shops where, shop manager has resigned, fire incidence, shops return and any other issues and report to -HOD-Audit.

Candidates with relevant 1-2 years of industry experience holding a CA- Finalist/ACCA/ICMA degree are encouraged to apply
