Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team to achieve operational excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements
Fluency in Arabic.
Strong command of English (verbal & written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or team coaching.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
