Job Opportunity - Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain activities.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and assist in contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs, inventory turns, and cost savings.
Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Resolve issues related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, and supplier performance promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations roles, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and relevant industry regulations.
