Job Title / Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description: Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, support employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Required: 2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
