Description
Looking for the Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Educational Sector client.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment, employee development, and engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Certifications are plus.
NGO experience is plus.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to recruit instructors, plumbers and other technical related position.should have experience of bulk hiring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
