Required Experience & Skills:
* 4 - 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Supply Chain / Logistics industry.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques and talent market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
