ZKTeco Pakistan is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Islamabad!
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer based in Islamabad. The role involves providing technical and customer support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues, and assisting clients with troubleshooting and issue resolution. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and will be integral to maintaining high service standards while representing ZKTeco's innovative solutions.
Qualifications
. Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues effectively.
. Proficient Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and timely issue resolution.
. Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating technical issues and providing clear solutions.
. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
. Familiarity with biometric technologies is a strong advantage.
. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
. Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is a plus.
