Location: Ibex Tower, Sharah e Faisal, Karachi
Type: Full-Time
Are you tech-savvy with a knack for solving complex technical problems? ibex. Pakistan is looking for Technical Support Experts to join our advanced support team, delivering high-quality assistance to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical support via phone, chat, or email
 - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues
 - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
 - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
 - Collaborate with peers to identify support trends and suggest improvements
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 - Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
 - Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
 - Excellent English communication – verbal and written
 - Analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
