Location: Ibex Tower, Sharah e Faisal, Karachi

Type: Full-Time

Are you tech-savvy with a knack for solving complex technical problems? ibex. Pakistan is looking for Technical Support Experts to join our advanced support team, delivering high-quality assistance to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical support via phone, chat, or email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Collaborate with peers to identify support trends and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
  • Excellent English communication – verbal and written
  • Analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
