What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills
• Ability to identify and pursue relevant projects
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client engagement
