Remote Opportunity: US IT Recruiter (Pakistan-Based)

VITS Consulting Corp is hiring a US IT Recruiter - full-time and 100% remote!

Key Details:

• Location: Remote (Pakistan only)
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT (US-aligned)
• Experience: 2-3 years in US IT recruitment

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 100,000 (negotiable)
• Commission: Performance-based, paid in USD per placement
• Incentives: Uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end US IT recruitment (Contract, C2C, W2 roles)
• Source & screen candidates via Dice, Monster, Linkedln, etc.
• Manage pipelines and submissions in Ceipal ATS
• Coordinate with US hiring managers and account teams
• Conduct initial interviews and maintain recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ATS (Ceipal preferred)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with night shifts
