Sunridge Foods Private limited, one of the leading FMCG sector operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting “Warehouse Inventory Manager” for our plant based in Sheikhupura, Lahore.
An incumbent will be performing following responsibilities,
· Oversees and manages all aspects of inventory control within the warehouse facility.
· Ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient stock management, and timely order fulfillment.
· Maintaining accurate records, implementing inventory control processes, and optimizing inventory management systems to meet operational objectives.
· Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and policies to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
· Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) and other inventory rotation strategies.
· Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and conduct regular physical stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
· Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics partners for efficient delivery.
· Analyze inventory data, demand patterns, and sales forecasts to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and improve inventory turnover ratios.
· Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the warehouse inventory management system, ensuring proper data entry and regular system updates.
· Oversee the receiving process, conduct quality inspections of incoming goods, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
· Collaborate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory records, manage return processes, and resolve any supplier-related inventory issues.
· Generate regular inventory reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings and recommendations to management.
To qualify for this role, you must have.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Proven 06 Years plus experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
· Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques, procedures, and best practices.
· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
· Proficient in using inventory tracking tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
