Looking for “Manager Channel Expereince & Enablement” for our big multinational Telco client in Islamabad. You will be leading 3 units: Channel expereince and processes, Training and IVR to manage below tasks: To gauge and improve customer expereince of all the customer touch points in Customer care (Call center, Service center, IVR, Franchisees, SMS helplilne, webchat help line, Complaint Center etc) Improvement in the processes to build operational efficincies and improving customer . interested candidates forward their resume
