Manager Export
Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas market
  • Research and explore potential global market for Rice product and prepare timely report on geographical location basis
  • Study and monitor the current global market for Rice product and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market
  • Analyze the global market trends for Rice product take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend
  • Generate lead and export sales
  • Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
  • To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management
  • Prepare quotation and C& F pricing for overseas buyers
  • Negotiate with overseas buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
  • Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders
  • Take care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non government department like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
  • Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product
  • Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
  • Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed
  • Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination
  • Execute complete export cycle.
  • Manage and lead entire export teams
  • Raising efficiency through the team in functions of customer acquisition, product sale, compliance, logistics etc.

Educational Requirements:
  • MBA from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5

Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Minimum 5 years experience in export, national and international market
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with overseas buyers
  • Thorough hands on experience with complete export cycle
  • Familiar with Incoterms, government agencies, basic laws and regulations for movement of goods to overseas
  • Thorough knowledge and practical experience on shipment policy and custom regulation
  • Should have strong exposure in international marketing of Rice products
  • Should be well conversant with International business norms
  • Should have strong leadership quality
  • Ability to negotiation independently and make decision quickly.
  • Well conversant with Office Applications and internet communication.
  • Professional oral and written communication ability in English is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Urdu
  • Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, dedicated and target oriented

Salary Range:
  • Negotiable
