Position: Manager Finance (Retail Furniture Industry) – Karachi Qualification: Masters in Business Administration (Majors: Finance/Supply Chain) Experience: At least 5 years of experience at managerial position Job Description: – Reviewing & approving estimation of project cost and project time prepared by the Finance Executive and using the same as base document for variance analysis at the end of the project. – Monitoring actual production against targeted/budgeted production on weekly basis. – Calculating productions variances on weekly/monthly basis. – Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual accounts (or on other periodic basis), – Preparing other periodic management reports including variance analyses report. – Handling other accounting issues at the head office .i.e. timely recording of expenses, revenues, receipts, payments, assets and liabilities. – Updating sales and production annual and monthly plans – Updating sales and production rolling forecast.
