One of our Clients is looking for Manager Industrial Relations for the following role.

POSITION TITLE: Manager Industrial Relations

POSITION BASED IN: Interior Sindh

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

· MBA from reputed institute with Law background (preferably LLM).

· 06-08 years relevant experience.

· Must be an excellent negotiator.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the Industrial Relation activities for the company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, staff misconduct ,union matters, organizing collective agreement, advising and guiding management on the and best practices employee and employee relations including all relevant employment laws.

· Support Human Resources department in Disciplinary & Grievances – Investigate, manage and control all the disciplinary and grievance mechanisms, as well as participating in disciplinary domestic inquiries (DI) as prosecutor, grievance, counseling and appeal panels.

· Consultations and Councils on Court Cases – Establishing good relationships with relevant industry players, consult legal practitioners and related government agencies under the Human Resources Ministry and provide advices accordingly and when necessary make recommendations on best practices relating to managing court cases

· Responsible for all Industrial Relation cases and communicates all the related activities and movements to the management as and when required

· Support the respective team in Union matters – Handle union issues including participation in meetings/talks , organizing collective bargaining’s with the most effective manner for the employees and employers

· Analyze and review the late coming and absenteeism of the employees for the improvement of the manufacturing productivity

· Involve in all Safety and Environment programs
