We require services of Manager Operations who is capable to:

• Obtain new clients by doing on field market research
• Manage existing client relations and follow for their queries
• Make marketing strategy document to make successful entry in market
• Direct company operations to achieve optimum results with customer focused approach
• Manage office staff and get work done on time
• Manage administrative issues to keep the office environment healthy for customers and office staff
• Deal with admin, employee, operations and other issues linked with company operations

Candidate must have following qualification, skills and abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years management experience or Master’s degree with 1 year management experience or any other relevant renowned qualification (MBA/BBA/MPA/BPA)
• Candidate should be from top university
• Age between 25-33
• Interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in english language speaking, writing and listening.
• Management skills
• Focused and broad marketing approach
• Wide PR circle
• Ready to work late hours and occasionally on sundays according to work load
• Ability to deal with foreign clients
• Presentations skills to present proposals and related information with ability to answer spontaneous questions
• Able to produce optimum results within company budgets
• Ability to handle on spot affairs in accordance with company objectives and policy
