Position: Manager Resource Development
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Communications.
Experience: Min 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
Development plans and budgeting of PR activities.
Working experience with NGOs
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work autonomously and to handle prospect identification, multiple solicitations, and stewardship activities simultaneously.
Understanding of public and private fund development, annual campaign, budget management, and special events production experience, developing proposals and materials in support of major gift fundraising.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and work collaboratively with board volunteers, donors and community organizations.
