Qualification: Hold MBA degree from a reputed local university (CFA candidates will be preferred).
Experience: 7-8 years of work experience with minimum three years telecom treasury experience
Salary: Rs. 250,000+ benefits
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for forecasting and meeting funding requirement of the organization by looking at various possible avenues within local & offshore market.
Review all financing agreements in coordination with internal & external legal counsel at the time of renewal of facilities or placement of new facilities.
Review documentation requirement in result of financing facilities and ensure timely compliance to all requirements.
Prepare quarterly investor relations report.
Provide support to inter departments through provision of various reports and information.
