PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·         MBA Marketing with 10-12 years of marketing experience with an FMCG.

·         Background from skin care/ cosmetic/ personal care products is essential.   

·         Knowledge of all rounded marketing like CRM, digital, retail promotion, event and media mix.

·         Strategic, strong business acumen with solid people management skill

·         Excellent computing skills.

·         Arabic Language – Preferred  

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Establish objectives and strategies to increase market share and exceed annual goals.

·         Develop creative strategies to drive brand growth across all channels.

·         Responsible for business performance of assigned brand, developing annual marketing plan including product offerings, communications strategy and local marketing campaigns.

·         Define long term marketing objectives by integrating consumer insights / market trend and ensure the local marketing programs are effective to drive the sales revenue.

·         Lead the integrated marketing functions in the region covering digital, CRM, retail promotions, product launch, media plan and event.

·         Identify new consumer insights and share with product R&D in Headquarter for new innovation and development of competitive products in the markets.  

·         Oversee all facets of alternative media production, including radio, mobile and viral.

·         Ensure that all production elements are within brand and also drive our Global Brand Awareness initiatives.
